So here I am spending the day making homemade bread on an otherwise lazy Saturday. Mixing the dough and baking the bread was the hardest things my hands had to do all day.
Now it is evening and after a brief run to the library in which I returned two books and checked out nine more, I am now ending this perfectly lazy day in style.
Since friends shouldn’t let friends drink and knit I figured I would play it safe by just reading about knitting instead.
So, here I am reading a book from one of my favorite authors and sipping on a wondeful drink. Stephanie Pearl-McPhee’s, “At Knit’s End”, and a glass of fresh made mint julip. Shouldn’t every lazy Saturday end like this?
